The domaine de trévallon is one of the standard gates of the wines of Provence. This 17-hectare estate, located a few steps from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, has been held with an expert hand by the Dürrbach family since 1973, when the first vines were planted.
Like Henri Jayer in Burgundy, Eloi Dürrbach will dynamite some plots to work the soil in depth and plant Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah for red wines and Marsanne and Roussane for white wines.
